Founded in 2015, the GI Cancers Alliance unites more than 125 advocacy organizations, academic centers, and industry partners worldwide to address the unmet needs of people affected by GI cancers. Working alongside our members, we raise awareness, provide education, and advocate to prevent, treat, and cure gastrointestinal cancers while keeping the patient voice central to every effort.
cancers are GI cancers
cancer deaths are from GI cancers
lives lost globally each year

To convene and amplify voices within the global gastrointestinal cancer community through collaboration, education, and research so that GI cancer patients around the world are informed, supported, and heard.

This multidisciplinary committee advises the GI Cancers Alliance by providing expertise, insights, and review of the latest research and progress in the prevention, treatment, and cure of gastrointestinal cancers. These professionals connect other advocacy groups, academic centers, and industry partners to the GI Cancers Alliance so the GI cancer community can continue to have a strong, united, collective voice.
