Overview

This explains the DAWN-303 study that is a global, randomized, double-blind, phase 3 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of chemotherapy with or without INCB161734 (KRAS G12D inhibitor) in patients with metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma

Who can take part?  

You may be eligible for this study if you meet all of the following criteria:

  • You have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) 
  • Your tumor has been tested and has a KRAS G12D mutation
  • You have not yet received treatment for metastatic disease (prior surgery or treatment before cancer spread may be acceptable)
  • You are able to carry out most daily activities (ECOG performance status 0 or 1)
  • Your cancer can be measured on imaging scans (measurable disease per RECIST 1.1)
  • Your organs (such as your liver or kidneys) are functioning adequately based on lab tests
